Yoga & Sauna – Emerald Spa, Kraków
Join us for a time of relax and recreation – 45-minute clothing-optional yoga session, followed by access to the sauna to unwind and reset.
Led by Joanna, this session is open to all levels, ages, and abilities.
Yoga practice is a great way to awaken the body after winter, increase energy, and improve flexibility and digestion. This practice often combines twists in standing asanas (releasing tension) with yin and restorative poses that help ground us during the changing seasons.
Key Elements of Yoga:
Warm-up: Twists in seated or lying asanas and side stretches prepare joints and muscles.
Energy-Boosting Asanas: Focus on poses that open the chest and hips, which help combat fatigue.
Stretching and Mobility: The practice improves circulation and reduces muscle stiffness. These sessions are ideal for harmonising body and mind.
Benefits of yoga practice combined with sauna:
Weather permitting, sessions may take place outdoors, with access to the pool and jacuzzi included. After yoga, enjoy access to the sauna.
We provide yoga mats, though you’re welcome to bring your own for personal comfort and hygiene. Please also bring a towel for sauna and shower use.
