Our Finnish Sauna

At the heart of Emerald Spa sits our beautiful 18-seater Finnish sauna — a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and let the heat do its work. The heat, the stillness, the release — sauna naturally triggers your brain’s DOSE chemicals: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins. It’s not just relaxation. It’s science.

How to Experience It

• Monthly Sauna Evenings Once a month, we open our sauna for a full communal evening. Places are limited to 18 guests, and each evening includes a sauna master, food, and drinks. • Private Spa Package — Individuals & Couples Looking for something more intimate? Our private sauna hire is available as part of a spa package that includes a massage, giving you a deeply restorative experience from start to finish. Ideal for a solo treat or a couple’s escape.
• Private Group Hire — Groups of 3 or More Celebrate, unwind, or simply gather in warmth. Groups of three or more can book the sauna exclusively, making it a unique and memorable experience for hen parties, birthdays, or wellness days with friends. CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT MORE
• Midweek Yoga + Sauna Evenings On selected midweek evenings, we pair a yoga session with time in the sauna — a combination designed to leave body and mind completely at ease. Check our schedule for upcoming dates.

We can provide towels, footwear, robes, and have many showers both inside and outdoors, a hot-tub/jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the garden, and an outside pool – and all are open for use by sauna-goers.
