August is the best month for observing the Perseids, the height of this “shooting stars” phenomenon falls on the night of August 12-13. Therefore, we have prepared a cosmic evening for you with wonderful guests, a time of renewal and listening to the needs of body and soul. 🎇

SAUNA NIGHT PROGRAM:
– 5 unforgettable Aufguss sauna ceremonies in the Finnish sauna will be led by the fantastic sauna master duo @Saunamistrz MiroSlavo and @Saunamistrzyni Jemiołka 🔥🔥
One ceremony will be with birch and oak twigs 🌿

– delicious dishes, salads, hot meals, and refreshing drinks
– swimming in the pool and hydromassage in the garden jacuzzi
– barefoot “earthing” walk on the grass

At the end of the evening, at 11:00 PM in the living room, you will be able to experience an unforgettable sound bath led by a certified sauna master. Tibetan gong and bowl sound therapist Joanna from @Natuvi ✨️
Gongs and bowls produce sounds and vibrations that affect the entire body, causing all the water molecules in the body to vibrate. This allows the body to relax, enter a deep state of relaxation, release any tension and blockages, improve the flow of organic fluids, and synchronise the cerebral hemispheres. Therefore, the sounds emitted by gongs and bowls are said to work on all levels of existence: physical, mental, and spiritual. These sounds reflect the natural frequencies of nature, of which we are a part, so when they enter into resonance with the human body, they activate self-healing forces within it and stimulate the immune system. Therefore, they have healing and cleansing properties.

The session involves passive listening in a comfortable position, lying on mats or sitting.
