Farewell to summer – Sauna night

On the 6th of September we will be slowly saying goodbye to summer in EmeraldSpa!✨️ This time in the climate of the Slavic Indian summer.
5 hot Aufguss sauna sessions, including a session with wittles in our Finnish sauna, led by the fantastic Saunamaster MiroSlavo 🔥♨️🌿🌿
In addition, we will prepare for you a lot of aromatic surprises including honey and lavender masks, hair conditioner, Slavic feast with bonfire, sausage roasting, full of various food, also vegetarian options and drinks
Hydromassages in the jacuzzi, heated pool in the beautiful and secluded garden, barefoot ‘grounding’ walks on the grass. Homely and friendly, intimate atmosphere. Cosy lounge, free parking.
At the end of the evening, at 23:00 in the lounge you will be able to experience an unforgettable sound bath led by certified sound therapist of gongs and Tibetan bowls @Anna Wiktoria Ostafil✨️
Gongs and bowls produce sounds and vibrations that affect the whole body, vibrating all the molecules of
of water in the body. As a result, the body relaxes, enters a deep state of relaxation, all tensions and blockages are released, the flow of organic fluids improves and the cerebral hemispheres are synchronised. Hence, the sounds emitted by the gongi bowls are said to work on all levels of existence: physical, mental and spiritual. These sounds reflect the natural frequencies of nature, of which we are a part, and therefore, when they come into resonance with the human body, they activate the self-healing forces within it and stimulate the immune system into action. They therefore have healing and cleansing properties.
The session consists of passive listening in a comfortable position lying on a mat or sitting.
Contraindications for participation: pacemaker, pregnancy, epilepsy.
