Clothing-free Yoga + Sauna
Wednesday Clothing-free Yoga & Sauna Evening – Emerald Spa, Kraków
Join us every Wednesday for a relaxed and welcoming 45-minute nude yoga session, followed by a full sauna experience to unwind and reset.
Led by Joanna, this session is open to all levels, ages, and abilities. It’s designed to gently stretch the body, support muscle and joint recovery, and improve flexibility in a calm, respectful environment.
Weather permitting, sessions may take place outdoors, with access to the pool and jacuzzi included. After yoga, enjoy the sauna along with light refreshments.
We provide yoga mats, though you’re welcome to bring your own for personal comfort and hygiene. Please also bring a towel for sauna and shower use.
