The Experience Flow

Saturday – Arrival & Connection

Arrival from 14:00

You will be welcomed into a relaxed, friendly environment with time to settle in and unwind.

Afternoon Guided Session (Foundation)

A gentle introduction focused on:

Presence and slowing down
Love languages and connection styles
Positive communication and appreciation
Introduction to partner massage techniques:
- hands, arms, feet, and lower legs
- how to touch with awareness and confidence

This session is designed to feel safe, natural, and accessible — no pressure, no awkwardness.

Evening

Shared dinner
Sauna session and spa relaxation
Time together to enjoy the space privately or practise what you’ve learned

Sunday – Deepening & Integration

Morning Guided Session (Deepening)

Building naturally on the first day, this session explores:

More flowing full-body couples massage techniques
Giving and receiving awareness
Slowing down, rhythm, and relaxation
Optional progression into more personal levels of connection
