This helps the body relax and enter a deep state of calm; tensions and blockages are released\, the flow of bodily fluids is improved\, and the brain’s hemispheres become synchronized. It is said that the sounds produced by gongs and singing bowls affect all levels of existence: physical\, mental\, and spiritual. These sounds mirror the natural frequencies of the world around us—a world of which we are a part—and when they resonate with the human body\, they trigger self-healing mechanisms and stimulate the immune system.
