SUMMARY:Christmas sauna night 🎄☃️🎅
DESCRIPTION:Christmas is drawing near ✨️❄️☃️ Before you get swept up in the whirlwind of holiday preparations\, treat yourself to a few hours of blissful relaxation and great fun at Emerald Spa on December 18th! 💚🎄☃️🎅 \nEvening schedule:\n– 5 aromatic and magical *Aufguss* sauna ceremonies\, presented by the fantastic duo: Sauna Master MiroSlavo and Sauna Mistress Jemiołka. 🌿🌿🔥♨️🎇\nThese sessions will be infused with festive scents and music\, along with a variety of surprises—though we can’t reveal exactly what those are just yet! 🎁🎁🎁\n– A starter\, main course\, and dessert\, plus fruit\, drinks\, and refreshments. 🍇🍊🍰🍯🥗🍲\n– Hydromassage in a hot jacuzzi on the terrace\, under the stars.\n– Open-air and indoor showers.\n– A cozy fireplace.\n– A dance floor for those who feel like moving!\n– A wonderful\, intimate\, and homey atmosphere. \nTo conclude the evening\, at 11:00 PM\, you will have the chance to experience an unforgettable sound bath in the lounge\, led by certified sound therapist Joanna Dziurzyńska (from @Natuvi)\, who specializes in gongs and Tibetan singing bowls. 💛💙✨️\nGongs and singing bowls produce sounds and vibrations that resonate throughout the entire body\, causing the water molecules within it to vibrate. This helps the body relax and enter a deep state of calm; tensions and blockages are released\, the flow of bodily fluids is improved\, and the brain’s hemispheres become synchronized. It is said that the sounds produced by gongs and singing bowls affect all levels of existence: physical\, mental\, and spiritual. These sounds mirror the natural frequencies of the world around us—a world of which we are a part—and when they resonate with the human body\, they trigger self-healing mechanisms and stimulate the immune system. Consequently\, they possess both healing and cleansing properties. \nThe session involves passive listening while resting comfortably\, either lying on mats or sitting. \nContraindications for participation include having a pacemaker\, pregnancy\, or epilepsy. \nAdmission: 290 PLN per person (includes sauna sessions\, a one-hour sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls and gongs\, special surprises\, hair and face masks\, as well as food and drinks). \nSPACE IS LIMITED. Maximum 18 spots available—please book in advance. \nBOOK YOUR TICKETS ONLINE HERE – send us confirmation in whatsapp or sms. \nOvernight accommodation with breakfast is also available to book.\nPlease remember to bring at least 2–3 bath towels for the sauna\, as well as a pair of flip-flops.\nAmple parking is provided. You are warmly invited! :)🔥🔥🙂 \n#sauna #proper-sauna-etiquette #textilefree #weekendinkrakow #saunakrakow #healthysaunaexperience #aromatherapy #soundbath #relaxationconcert #intimesaunas #spapackages #massagekrakow #spapackages #massagekrakow #saunacracow #clothesfreesauna #textilefree #holiday-sauna-experience #intimesaunaexperience #aufgussceremonies #essentialoils #metime #selfcare #healthylifestyle #saunaceremonies #aufguss #saunaritual #saunanights
