Bathing in sounds calms the mind and restores harmony in our body. It is a great remedy for insomnia\, depression and anxiety. \n🌹Monika Doroszkiewicz has been working with sound for 11 years with adults\, young people\, children\, seniors and people with motor and intellectual disabilities. She works with sound on a daily basis conducting individual sound massage sessions as well as group relaxation sessions in the Sound Therapy Cabinet “Masuje Misami”. She conducts sound therapy in the Anna Dymna Mimo Wszystko Foundation\, the Polish Association for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities\, in retirement homes\, social care homes and educational classes in schools and kindergartens.\nPresident of the Voice of the Heart Foundation\, she founded the first Social Garden in Krakow and the first Intervention Hostel for minority groups in Poland. She created a social enterprise where people with disabilities are employed as sound therapist assistants. Over the years\, she trained in various methods of working with sound and developed her own method. Many years of gaining knowledge and experience in working with sound led her to embark on the path of a trainer. As a result\, she has taken steps to introduce the professional qualification “Sound therapist” into the ZSK.\nYou are cordially invited !😘🥰
