Tibetan gong and bowl sound therapist Joanna from @Natuvi ✨️\nGongs and bowls produce sounds and vibrations that affect the entire body\, causing all the water molecules in the body to vibrate. This allows the body to relax\, enter a deep state of relaxation\, release any tension and blockages\, improve the flow of organic fluids\, and synchronise the cerebral hemispheres. Therefore\, the sounds emitted by gongs and bowls are said to work on all levels of existence: physical\, mental\, and spiritual. These sounds reflect the natural frequencies of nature\, of which we are a part\, so when they enter into resonance with the human body\, they activate self-healing forces within it and stimulate the immune system. Therefore\, they have healing and cleansing properties. \nThe session involves passive listening in a comfortable position\, lying on mats or sitting. \nContraindications to participation:\nTICKETS: PLN 290/person (includes the concert)\nWe have SOLD OUT \, so first come\, first served 🙂\nThere is plenty of free parking and accommodation on site.\nRemember to bring at least two large towels for the sauna 🙂\nPlease make a reservation by calling 666 937 687 and booking a ticket online. \nOptional limited overnight stay available too (ask to check availability)\n✨️🥰💚 \n#saunanight #saunaevening #soundbathing #saunaevents #saunaevents #saunalife #misigongconcert #weekendinkrakow #wesaunawesauna #propersauna #textless #relaxingconcert #saunatime #healthysauna #forestvacation #mindfullness #saunakrakow #spapackages #massagekrakow #bamboomassage #classicalmassage #relaxingmassage
